STEP 1: Consultation
Every client relationship & project begins with a consultation. Prior to meeting we do our homework & research your company. Our meeting begins by you telling us about your company, services, goals & budget. We then share our portfolio and begin suggesting solutions that will work for you & express your unique service or product.

STEP 2: Proposal
After developing a solid understanding of you, your clients or customers and your needs we create a proposal outlining cost, services to be provided, deliverables and project schedule.

STEP 3: Design
Once we’ve gotten to know you better and a project budget is approved, we begin designing. We explore multiple concepts from which to choose. We’ll discuss the designs with you, digest your feedback & refine until everything is perfect.

STEP 4: Production
After approval, production begins. With print projects we provide printing quotes & manage everything from pre-production to final delivery. For websites, this involves completing final programming, uploading to server, submitting to search engines & discussing options to get your site noticed.
